
My auntie from Malaysia recently visited and knowing how much I love Malaysian food,
brought over some Nyonya-style spice for nasi lemak.
Working with what I’ve got, this is what I managed to put together and

I had “oden” (Japanese version of hot pot) last weekend at an
“o-hanami” (cherry blossom viewing) party.
Because we had so much food (for the 13 of us), we had to cook them in 3 rounds.
Turns out, that was actually just the right amount of time to get the radish cooked.

I usually like to have garlic bread with my pasta.
With its crunchy texture, it’s a great companion to pasta.
